SourceTech is proud to announce a joint venture with Parsons Power Team, who will handle land and property acquisitions with SourceTech's ongoing development.
This is more than a licensing deal or a simple AI integration. Parsons Power Team is the first company to nest SourceTech's own intelligence architecture directly into its operating structure, extending the same nested-systems methodology that governs Equinox into a real business, on a different substrate: real estate, acquisitions, and development.
A merger and an extension — not two companies absorbing each other, but two structures joined, each keeping its own form, connected by a real coupling instead of a transaction.
